*** Kelsey Doom present to give an update from Wagner Area Growth.

*** Public hearing for a special one day malt beverage and liquor license for the Wagner Labor Day Committee for the Wagner Labor Day celebration on September 5th, 6th, and 7th, 2015 and set the date for public hearing for August 3rd, 2015.
*** Public hearing for a special one day malt beverage and liquor license for the VFW Post 7319 for the Wagner Labor Day celebration at the VFW on September 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th, 2015 and set the date for public hearing for August 3rd, 2015.
*** Public hearing for a special one day malt beverage license for the Wagner Saddle Club for the Wagner Labor Day Rodeo at the rodeo grounds on September 5th, and 6th, 2015 and set the date for public hearing for August 3rd, 2015.
*** Second reading of Ordinance No. 2015-06 an ordinance amending Wagner Municipal Code 7-1-24, “Resumption of Service Charge.”

*** Don Hubbard present to discuss possibly having a drive up window on the south side of James Drug with exit coming out to Main Street.

*** Approval of Resolution No. 2015-05, applying for financial assistance with USDA and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents relating to the USDA Rural Development loan and grant for the Front Avenue SE and 1st Street SE Utility Improvement Project.
*** Approval for bids for 2015 Port-A-Pot service for Wagner Labor Day.
*** Approval for publication for a special one day malt beverage license for the All School Class Reunion at Hennies Field on September 4th, 2015 and set the date for public hearing at August 24th, 2015 at 5:30 am at City Hall.
*** Discussion/approval of consideration of donation to Rural Office of Community Services.
*** Approval to take quotes for propane services for the winter season.
*** Approval of the City of Wagner’s intent to join Planning District III as a member for 2016.
