Item # 1 – 42721A – Final Site Plan Application: The applicant proposes to construct two buildings containing forty condominiums with a central court yard and one off-street parking space per unit: City Tax Map: Block 50, Lots 6 and 7. Project Location: South Broad Street (former Mill Hill Hotel site). Applicant: Leewood Real Estate Group/NJ LLC, 128 South Warren Street, Trenton, NJ.

Item # 2– 42738 – Preliminary Major Site Plan Application and Preliminary Major Subdivision: The applicant intends to construct a four story residential building containing 99 apartment units, three commercial buildings consisting of 98,937 square feet of gross floor area, a structured parking garage consisting of four levels containing 690 parking spaces and associated surface parking, roadways, and site improvements. Item # 3– 42672A – Final Site Plan Application: The applicant intends to rehabilitate an existing building for retail, office and residential uses in addition to adding a small addition to the rear of the structure for a new elevator and restrooms. Location of Development: 101-107 South Warren Street; City Tax Map: Block 1-D, Lots 124, 125 and 126.
