Item # 2– 42738 – Preliminary Major Site Plan Application and Preliminary Major Subdivision: The applicant intends to construct a four story residential building containing 99 apartment units, three commercial buildings consisting of 98,937 square feet of gross floor area, a structured parking garage consisting of four levels containing 690 parking spaces and associated surface parking, roadways, and site improvements.
