To lead on the delivery of specified projects as agreed with the Private Sector Housing Manager / Project management.
Process management and collaborative working
To manage budgets relating to the Service, ensuring that resources and their impact are maximised / Workforce, finance and resource management
Attendance as required at evening and weekend meetings
