EMERALDCOAST CAR SHOW

Dear Business Owner,

Once again we will be hosting our annual car show to be held at The Twin Oaks Sports Complex inNiceville, FL (aka The Mullet Festival Site) on September 10, 2016. The Playground Corvette Club, the Panhandle Cruisers, and the NW Model A&T club help bring this together with the help of our sponsors. Last years proceeds went to benefit The United Way, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Shelter House, Caring and Sharing, United Cerebral Palsy just to name a few of the many charities this car show benefits.

This year we are seeking “Platinum”, “Gold”, “Silver”, and “Bronze” corporate sponsors.

“Diamond” sponsorship is $1500.00, includes logo on all flyers, banners, advertisements. Your name on five sets of trophies. Logo and link on our website for one year and a large vending area to showcase your business or sale of merchandise.

“Platinum” sponsorships are $1000.00 and will include your logo on all flyers and correspondences. Your business name will also be on four sets of trophies, large sponsor banner hung at the trophy tent and announcement of your business throughout the day. You will also get 2 vendor spaces for advertising or for the sale of merchandise, and your logo and link on our website .

“Gold” sponsorships are $500.00 and will include your logo on the show flyer. Your business name will also be on three sets of trophies and announced throughout the day. You will also get 1 vendor space for advertising or for the sale of merchandise, and your logo and link on our website and recognition on the sponsor banner hung at the trophy tent.

“Silver” sponsorships are $300.00 and will include your business name on two sets of trophiesand your business link on our website and logo on the sponsor banner and announced throughout the day.

“Bronze” sponsorships are $250.00 and will include your business name on one set of trophies and link on our website and recognition on the sponsor banner.

Trophy sponsorships are $100.00 and will include your business name on one set of trophies.

Door Prizes.Your business will be announced as your donation is given away.
