OLD BUSINESS

  1. Application for a Zoning Map Amendment, submitted by Orion Planning Group, is requesting a zoning amendment for 60 acres from M-1, Light Industrial to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The subject property is better known as Parcel: 3081120000000500; situated in Section 12, Township 3 South, and Range 8 West.
  1. Application for a Zoning Map Amendment, submitted by Westbrool, LLC, is requesting a zoning amendment for 0.71 acres from R-10, Medium Density Residential to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The subject property is better known as Parcel: 3074180020005500; situated in Section 18, Township 3 South, and Range 8 West.
