As required by State Law, public bodies shall make available at least one current copy of the Open Meetings Act posted in the meeting room. Agenda items may be moved up or down on the agenda at the discretion of the Mayor.

CURRENT BUSINESS:
1. Consider motion to rescind Council approval of Plaza Site Plan 6 with noted modifications that was voted on and adopted at the Regular meeting of the Gering City Council on June 8, 2015
1a. Consider Downtown Revitalization Committee Recommendation for City Plaza if the
motion to rescind Plaza Site Plan 6 with noted modifications is adopted
2. Certified Communities Presentation – Starr Lehl
3. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Western Nebraska Economic Development Interlocal Agreement
4. Consideration of approving partial funding of housing study with respect to WNED (Western Nebraska Economic Development)
5. Approve Ordinance 2018 – An Ordinance of the City of Gering to reclassify and change zoning from Multi-family Residential High Density District (RMH) to Heavy Industrial and Manufacturing District (MH) for block 3, John Hoffman Subdivision, being a part of the final plat of blocks 3 and 4, John Hoffman Subdivision, to the City of Gering, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, situated in the north half of the north half of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 35, township 22 north, range 55 west of the 6th principal meridian, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, recorded June 28, 2006 under instrument no. 2006-4072 and providing for an effective date hereof.
6. Meeting of the Committee of the whole (Gering City Council) regarding Half Percent Sales Tax
7. Request for an Administrative Committee meeting – Agenda item: Accounting Policies and Procedures
8. Approve appointments to:
- Library Board – Dr. Alan Johnson, Kerri Schnase-Berge and Suzanne Myers
- Park, Cemetery and Tree Board – Dr. Don Gentry, Mike Donovan
