A. MINUTES:

Minutes of the April 2, 2007 work session and the April 9, 2007 regular meeting.

B. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

Authorize payment of invoices in the amount of $300,067.87.

C. CORRESPONDENCE, MINUTES & REPORTS:

·  Minutes of the March 8, 2007 Oakwood Cemetery Board meeting.

·  Minutes of the March 13, 2007 Parks and Recreation Board meeting.

·  Minutes of the March 20, 2007 Downtown Development Authority meeting.

D. RESOLUTIONS:

Recommendation of administration that City Council adopt Resolution No. 07-07 accepting the Charter Communications franchise application as complete, and introduce Ordinance No. 641.

E. REQUESTS:

VFW Buddy Poppy Sale – Recommendation of administration that City Council

approve the request of the Curtis-Wolverton VFW Post 3243 to conduct the

annual Buddy Poppy Campaign, May 10,11 &12.

Shiawassee River Clean-up – Recommendation of administration that City Council approve the request of the River Clean-up Committee to use various City equipment and materials to hold their 20th Annual Shiawassee River Clean-up on

Saturday, June 23, 2007.

F. SET PUBLIC HEARING:

2007-2008 Budget - Recommendation of administration that City Council set a public hearing on the 2006-2007 Interim Budget and the proposed 2007-2008 Fiscal Budget for May 14, 2007. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will also be a subject at this hearing.

Ordinance No. 642 – Recommendation of administration that City Council introduce Ordinance No. 641, an amendment to the City of Fenton sign ordinance and set a public hearing for May 14, 2007.
