As per our discussion, we are pleased to offer the following services to assist in keeping your equipment up and running at an optimum. We have found that when going through these steps, and initiate a maintenance agreement, the equipment provides increased up-time and longer component life.

Below is a description of what we do and where we start. We can provide as much or as little as you would like.

  • Fluid Monitoring and corrective action advice – We will connect our Hi-Tech Diagnostic Fluid Cleanliness Unit, to your system using test point connectors, which will provide an accurate ISO cleanliness level of your current oil.

We will further determine the ISO cleanliness requirements of your system based on the components used and the Manufacturers recommendations.We will then make suggestions on the proper filtration and the location of this filtration within your system.

Services associated to bring the system ISO Cleanliness levels to the appropriate level may include:

  • Drain reservoir, open clean out covers, inspect, and clean interior of reservoir thoroughly.
  • Check for Stilagtites or rust on the inside top of reservoir and offer correction options.
  • Fill reservoir with customer supplied hydraulic fluid, using a dual canister filter cart filtering fluid to a 5-micron absolute level.
  • Replace filler breather filter
  • Add any additionally recommended filtration to pressure or return lines.
  • Add cooling to the system if required.

We would then provide Start-up assistance and initiate the preventative maintenance as described in this document as frequently as you would like.

  • Temperature monitoring and corrective action– We will take temperature readings at several points within your hydraulic system from system start-up until max temperature is achieved monitoring each of these points through-out the process. We will determine where the main causes of heat are and take corrective action to eliminate, reduce or address the heat issues. This may be done through proper adjustment of specific valves, replacing worn components due to internal leakage, or addressing the heat through properly sized and strategically placed Heat exchangers.
  • Sound levels and vibration – We will monitor sound levels of anything unusual with our dB meter, document and offer suggestions for resolution. We will further check for access vibration utilizing senses based on experience.
  • Evaluate and offer corrective action regarding LEAKS: We go over the system thoroughly and document all leaks and provide a corrective action report with approximate time and material associated in correcting the issues.
  • We further offer: Repairs, Troubleshooting, Installation services, Engineering assistance and Consulting.
