Exercise Evaluation Guide Submittal
As the evaluator you will need to submit your Observations, Recommendations and Performance Ratings into the ONX System following the completion of the exercise.
Following the exercise, access www.onxsystem.com then login using your USER NAME and PASSWORD. Once you have logged in click on the Stealthy Situation Exercise listed under the header “Your Exercises” in the upper left hand corner. You will then be able to access an electronic version of this Exercise Evaluation Guide to submit your observations, recommendations and performance ratings.

Activity Description:
Objective 1: Define your role in interacting with a large, diverse team of professionals who must work together to address a complex and urgent food contamination incident.
Objective 2: Map the process and flow of a foodborne disease investigation from the initial epidemiologic signals through the traceback and recall phases, with periodic pubic communication.
Objective 3: Understand the importance of gathering and cataloging critical information needed when making decisions in rapidly developing situations.
Objective 4: Coordinate your efforts with other professionals engaged in the investigation.
Objective 5: Use a collaborative approach to effectively utilize the skills of each agency and disciple and identify proactive solutions.
