Important Notes regarding CSCtf20903 EA Ring Time is too short
A new field was added to the runtime server configuration screen to resolve CSTtf20903. This field, “Ring on No Answer Timeout” allows an administrator to change the default RONA timeout from 10 seconds to a new value between 5 and 300 seconds.
If an agent is sent a call, and the RONA timeout limit is reached before the agent answers the call, then control is taken back by Expert Advisor. Normally, the agent is re-prompted for an alternate number and the call is resent to the agent. However, if the agent does not have the ability to reject the call, then the call is disconnected.
If an agent cannot reject the call, then you must set the RONA timeout value high enough so that there is sufficient time for the agent to answer the call, or the call is able to go to the agent’s voicemail in the event that the agent cannot answer the call, otherwise the call is disconnected. Also consider other timeouts in effect for your deployment, (for example Unified CVP or Unified Communications Manager).

Installation Instructions
Follow the instructions in Chapter 7, “Software Upgrades” of the “Cisco Unified Operating System Administration Guide for Cisco Unified Expert Advisor”.
You can also apply this patch while installing a Cisco Unified Expert Advisor system. For instructions see the “Installation Guide for Cisco Unified Expert Advisor”.
Warning: Do not issue the CLI command “utils system switch-version” during an upgrade. Issuing the command during an incomplete or pending upgrade causes all transaction IDs in the database to be reset. This results in all existing assignment queues, skills, translation route targets, and reporting server users not being edited and no new ones being added.
