CIS Carnival Information
Carnival Details / Venue: Penrith Touch Fields The Kingsway Playing Fields WerringtonEvent Date: Tuesday, 30 May 2017
Time: 8.30 – 3.30
Uniform / Boys - Players will be supplied with an AICES Touch Shirt. This will be on a hire basis. Players are to supply their own black shorts and white sports socks.
Girls - Players will be supplied with a full AICES Touch Uniform. This will be on a hire basis. Players are to supply their white sports socks.
ACCEPTACE OF SELECTION
If you have been selected in the AICES Team to play at CIS you must complete the online Player Acceptance Form within 24 hours to confirm. Failure to comply with this timeline may result in the offer to play for AICES being withdrawn. The link to this form can be found in the menu on the front page of the AICES Website.
Shadows must also fill in a Player Acceptance Form.
UNIFORM
The following items are mandatory if selected in the AICES Team.
AICES Polo - $25.00
If you do not already have an AICES Polos you must order it on the Player Acceptance Form. This will be charged back through your school next term.
Levies / A levy will be charged back through your school at the end of term 2.
This levy will cover:
Administration Levy
AICES t-shirt
CIS levy
AICES Uniform Hire
(This shirt must be returned on the day. Failure to do so will result in the shirt being charged to you - $50.00)
