The following questions will help us determine the most suitable candidates for the position. You can answer the questions in any way you feel fit, but creativity is strongly recommended. Please refrain from disclosing your name, grade or any other personal information while answering questions. Each question has a 150 word limit unless otherwise specified. Have fun with it!

1.  List 2-3 conference, leadership or volunteer experiences you have had in the past. Choose one and elaborate on what you gained from it and how you can apply what you've learned to the 2014 Security Team.

2.  The circus is a place for individuals to flourish their uniqueness and flaunt their originality! From acrobats to elephants and strongmen to silly clowns, the circus has seen it all. If you were to join the circus, what part would you play and why?

3.  It's 3 am and you see what appears to be a creepy clown lurking in the hallways. Like the brave strongman (or strongwoman) you are, you approach the clown, only to find it is a wandering delegate who, bored of the conference, has decided to amuse himself and play a mean prank on the others. How would you handle this situation?

4.  It is mandatory for there to be at least one security member from your team at your station at all times. It’s time for the big dance and your whole group wants to go all at once. Unable to decide who must stay behind, tensions rise. How would you deal with this situation?

5.  It's the summer of 1923 and you have recently joined the Canadian Travelling Circus. You've only been there for 2 months and, because you don't have any circus talents of your own, you've been stuck cleaning stalls. One day, right near the grand finale of the circus' most successful shows yet, you see a small little skunk sneak in though a rip in the tent. Suddenly a foul odor reaches your nose and spreads through the entire tent, causing a huge ruckus. Horses are galloping, elephants are trumpeting and people are screaming! Looking around, you think to yourself, this is it! This is the time to prove your talent to the rest! To your right, you see an old pizza crust, a brick and a hula hoop. How do you use these three objects to calm down the scene while simultaneously displaying your talent to the rest of the circus? (max 250 words)

GOOD LUCK! J
