Consequent to reintroduction of reimbursement/credit card facility to the employees/pensioners and their dependents and family pensioners with effect from 01.04.2009 with a life time ceiling amount of Rs.2.0 lakhs for inpatient treatment at CGHS, NIMS & SVIMS rates formulated vide T.O.O.Ms.No.301 dated 31.3.2009 adopted vide C.O.O.Jt.Secy(IR)Ms.No.703, dtd.31-03-2009.
2.As per para 3(xi), of the T.O.O. in the reference 1st cited, it was stipulated that “a declaration of dependency shall be submitted by employees be recorded by Head of Departments for availing medical facility and thereby every year in the first week of January”.
3.In the reference 3rd cited, the APTRANSCO issued circular Memo to all the Heads of Departments of APTRANSCO to call for declaration of dependency with all details from the Employees/ Pensioners and Family Pensioners as per “Annexure enclosed” by 30th March’ 2013 positively for implementation of New Medical Scheme as and when Government issues order on New Medical Policy.
4.Hence, all the Heads of Departments of APCPDCL are requested to call for declaration of dependency with all details from the Employees/ Pensioners and Family Pensioners as per “Annexure enclosed” by 30th March’ 2013 positively for implementation of New Medical Scheme as and when Government issues order on New Medical Policy.
5.These orders are issued with the concurrence of the Director (Finance) vide Regd.No.1357, dated 22-03-2013.
