About the Photographers
Chuck Haney has been a proud resident of Montana for nearly twenty years. In this time, he has taken the road less traveled in search of the true spirit of the Treasure State. Montana: Unforgettable marks his tenth book. Chuck works with some of the nation’s leading publishers, and his images appear in numerous calendars and magazines. John Lambing is a hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey in Helena, Montana, and pursues weekend photography with a passion. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, John moved to Montana in 1981 and has been exploring wild places and wide-open spaces of the Treasure State ever since. His photos have been published in Montana Magazine, Montana Outdoors, numerous regional publications, National Geographic Society books, and two Farcountry Press photography books: Montana Impressions and Montana: A Scenic Treasure.
