Prior to pursuing a Ph.D.,I was an officer in the United States Air Force.I worked as a Behavioral Scientist in the Air Force Research Laboratory. In addition to my research activities, I was trained as an Acquisitions officer with a focus on project management.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
I havethree main areas of interest in my research pursuits: (1)Fatigue in organizations, focusing on sleep and sleep deprivation,(2)Team performance and decision-making, (3)Ethical decision-making in organizations.
