- Relationship manager and general manager of 3rd Party Logistics customer operation, The Gap.
- Managed 2 direct and 120 indirect employees operating 300,000 square feet of logistics operations containing average inventory valued at $100M.
- Developed new business processes and helped design and install a $4.2M automated material handling system that resulted in reducing labor costs by one third and doubling the capacity of the warehouse.
- Renegotiated Gap contract for an additional three year term and $33 million in revenue.

- Performed financial analysis at all company levels to support business decisions regarding current and future customer relationships, as well as current and future company operational structures.
