Christian Development Officer
Salary: £17,500 - £20,000 (Pro rata)
Hours: Part time 24 Hours per week
Days: 3 days out of 7, includes some evenings and weekends

As a result of our long term Christian Development Officer moving into a new ministry, we are seeking to appoint a compassionate, sensitive, caring, able and enthusiastic Christian Development Officer to join our team. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to have a personal commitment to the Christian faith.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to integrate effectively into an existing generic team of staff and volunteers. You will require experience of working with young or homeless people.
You will be required to work flexibly over 3 days, responding to the needs of residents, staff and volunteers. You must hold a valid driving license in the UK and have an available car.

YMCA Burton is a charitable company.
