CHRISTCHURCH INFANT SCHOOL - HOME-SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP SURVEY - SUMMER 2016

Dear Parents,

As part of our School Self Evaluation, we survey parents about different aspects of our ‘Home-School Partnership’. This involves such issues as communication with the school and the ways in which we provide care, guidance and support. We would like to gather your opinions and suggestions about different aspects of the link between home and school.

Please do take this opportunity to let us know what you think – what we do well and any areas for development. All questions have been set out in a similar way and there is space for you to add comments to help explain your thoughts. You do not need to identify yourself on the form other than stating what year group your child is in. This helps us work towards greater consistency across the school.

All questionnaires should be returned to the school office by Friday 27th May. We will collate all responses and let everyone know the results of the survey before the end of the term. Thank you for taking the time to complete the form.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs JS Ashenden

Headteacher
