From the From the Southern Chautauqua FCU Web Site choose the Account Login–OR – visit https://www.shareteccu.com/scfcu
If you have previously enrolled to use the Southern Chautauqua FCU Online Banking Site, use zero followed by your member number as the Log In ID below and your initial password is the first THREE letters of your last name all letters in UPPER case and the LAST 4 digits of your Social Security number.
Once you enter your Login ID in the Account field you will be asked to set 3 new challenge questions and a confidence word. The challenge questions are used to verify your identity for future logins and the confidence word is a word that will be displayed back to you each time you login to verify that you are indeed logging into the Southern Chautauqua FCU Home Banking Site.
Once you have answered the challenge questions and entered a confidence word click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
You may also mark the box “Remember me on this computer”. By doing this each time you log in to Home Banking you will NOT have to answer the challenge questions when using the same PC.
Once you click the Save button above the following screen will appear. You can now log in by clicking on the “Click Here to Login” Link at the bottom of the screen.
The Sign On screen will be displayed showing the confidence word you have chosen and ask for your Password.
The last step is to set up a new password.
Enter your account number in the Login ID, your temporary password in the Current Password field and set your new password. This password must be 7 characters long and contain both a letter and a number.
You are now setup to use the new Home Banking site.
Once you are logged in please not that the current email address that we have on file for you will be prominently displayed on the Home Page under the Email header. If this is incorrect please go to the SERVICES tab and change it now.
You can also change your log in ID on this tab.
