Unfortunately, due to an injury, John Gibson, the Manager of the Wey Navigation, had to cancel his planned visit to the Branch Meeting on the 26th November 2014 to give a presentation on the Wey Navigation. However, at literally the last minute, Liz Payne (former Chairman and Vice Chairman and now the Board Member of The Cotswold Trust with responsibility for the trip boat at Inglesham) was able to make the journey from Lechlade on a very miserable evening to give a well presented and informative talk about the Cotswold Canals and to bring us up to date with the progress of the restoration.
