NOTICE OF CURRICULUM DAY
FRIDAY 3rd June 2016
This notice is to advise all families that School Council has approved a Report Writing Day on Friday 3rd June.
CHILDREN WILL NOT ATTEND SCHOOL ON THIS DAY
Childcare for primary school children will be made available if there is sufficient demand for it from
9.00am to 3.15pm ONLY. It is important that those parents requiring childcare for the Curriculum Day complete the tear off booking form below and return to school byMonday 30th May. If this service cannot be provided due to insufficient interest, we will notify any family who has requested the service to allow them to make other arrangements. We will not be able to offer all day care if we have less than 12 students registered.
The cost for childcare on the curriculum day will be $45.00 per child (Centrelink rebates apply).
If you would like to register your child/children for childcare onFriday 3rd June, please fill in the reply slip at the bottom of this notice and return to the school byMonday 30th May. Childcare will need to be paid for before the day.
Children will need to bring a packed snack and lunch and your child must be enrolled in Eastbourne Primary School OSHC Service.
