- Cymdeithas Tai Hafan's Young Women's Project won the Val Feld Homelessness Award.
- Girls in Girlguiding Clwyd have helped at Girlguiding meetings with Rainbows, Brownies and Guides and in their local communities.
- Established Placement Programmes, School Work Experience,BTCV, Work Opportunities
- Work Placements with Social Services. Supporting young people to gain confidence and skills.
- The WPA offers volunteer placements, interesting to young people with support.

- Launch of ISIS a voluntary peer support project run by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) for LGBTQ young people
- The first Young Person in Wales achieving a Youth University Advanced Diploma for completing over 600 hours of voluntary work at Ty Mawr Country Park
- Young People planning and delivering sessions at Wrexham Association of Seasonal Playschemes.
- Establishment of DYP support group for Disabled Young People in Wrexham.
- Establishment of a Youth Forum with support from Menter Iaith Maelor based at Ysgol Morgan Llwyd help youngpeople take ownership of the Welsh language.
- Some girls participated in piloting children’s university programme through Girlguiding programmes
- Millennium Awards: 5 WPA Volunteers are assigned at present. 2 have achieved 200 Hours Award and 1 the 100 Hours Certificate. 2 volunteers currently working towards 100 Hours.

- Town centre drop in facility, needle exchange and a variety of support services for post and pre detox substance users

- Young People’s Substance Misuse Strategy developed – including action plan
- Number of schools participating in Healthy Schools Project increased
