Professional judgement – How do you rate the overall risk to the child?

a) Vulnerable: Consult your Manager or Safeguarding Lead and undertake an Early Help Record

b) At risk of exploitation: Refer to FCP/MASH and discuss with your Manager or Safeguarding Lead

c) At risk of significant harm: Refer to FCP/MASH immediately and speak to your Manager/Safeguarding Lead
