Chief Peguis PAC minutes –November 17, 2014
Meeting Called to order at 6:05

Minutes from last meeting: approved by Heather, Jenni seconded. All in favor.
Business arising from last meeting: none
New Business: none
Treasurer’s report: Beginning balance $ 5,029.69, deposits from pizza sale cookie dough and Sobeys’s gift cards no money at the time had been paid out for the fundraising owing amounts. Final balance as of October 31.2014 $14,849.29.
Fundraising Report: The cookie dough and the Sobeys’s cards to be picked up at Student-Led conferences on November 26. Volunteers will be sorting and counting this Wednesday November 19 at 0900. Show and save books to be out in the LED packages in February for March delivery
Traffic Safety: There is to be no parking in front of the school the sign is not up Debbie to contact Jeff Browaty for reminding. Still waiting to hear regarding the crosswalk in front of the school across Rothesay.
School Report: Halloween dance was a success. It was two hours long and the students had a great time. There are now mounted projectors in every classroom. The Remembrance Day service was held the students again showed great respect for the day. Robo critters will be at the school in March.
Teacher Wish list: The teacher committee has compiled the following as a list of things that the school would like to purchase:
Ø Wolf mascot costume
Ø 2 Document cameras
Ø Board games/WII for inclement weather
Ø Rock climbing wall to be installed in the gym longitudinal for safety approximately $ 10-12,000 (Subject to the approval of the Superintendent’s Department)
Heather motioned to approve the list and Brandy seconded. All in favor.
