MASTERMIND TRADER & ACCOMPLICES ARRESTED IN A CASE OF HOUSE ROBBERY
With the arrest of (1) Mohd. Shakir @ Bhura aged 30 years s/o Mubarak r/o Mohalla Bagicha, Sarai Tareen, Sambhal, Distt. Muradabad, UP; (2) Imran aged 26 years s/o Yusuf r/o Mohalla Kotgarbi, Sambhal, Distt. Muradabad, UP and (3) Mehboob aged 40 years s/o Yakoob r/o Sambhal Distt. Muradabad (UP), the Special Staff of Central District has nabbed a gang of desperate robbers who were involved in a house robbery at gunpoint in the area of DBG RoadDelhi.
INCIDENT
One Sh. Vijay Gupta R/o Joshi Road Karol Bagh, Delhi reported that he is an exporter of handicrafts. On 23.03.10 two persons came inside the house on the pretext of showing samples of buttons. As soon as he started examining the sample, his wife also came downstairs and two more persons entered the house and pushed her wife. At this point, the persons who entered the house started demanding the cash/property available on the gun point. The bracelet of Shri Gupta was taken and Mangal Sutra of his wife was also taken. Then under fear, the wife of the complainant stated that about Rs. 1.5 lacs cash is lying upstairs. Three of the people went upstairs and being unable to trace the cash, took the wife upstairs and with her help, manager to find cash to the tune of Rs. 1.5 lacs and then decamped. Consequently, a case vide FIR No. 73/10 u/s 392/397/34 IPC was registered at PS DBG Road, Delhi and investigation was taken up.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
A joint team comprising of (1) Inspr. Satender Mohan, I/C Special Staff/Central District, SI Yogender, HC Narender, HC Yashpal, HC Yad Ram, Const. Rakesh, Const. Yunus & Const. Ajay (2) Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar, SHO/DBG Road and SI Mohinder was constituted under overall supervision of Shri N.S. Ghumman ACP/Operation, Central District, Delhi.
On 05.04.2010 an information was received to Inspr. Satender Mohan that one Mohd. Shakir @ Bhura had hired some desperate robbers to rob the complainant Vijay Gupta. It was also learnt that Bhura is well known to the complainant and he is absconding after the incident. The information was further developed and the possible hideouts of Mohd. Shakir were explored. The police team succeeded to apprehend Bhura from the area of Karol Bagh. Further, at the instance of Bhura, his accomplice Mehboob and Imran were also arrested in the case
INTERROGATION
During interrogation, Shakir @ Bhura disclosed that he used to supply some handicraft items to Vijay Gupta for last eight years and in last few days Vijay Gupta did not pay his amount for which he was regularly visiting his house. He further disclosed that Vijay Gupta had also cancelled some supply orders at eleventh hours while the goods were ready for delivery which caused him heavy losses and despite promises when Vijay Gupta did not give the outstanding dues and orders, he decided to teach him a lesson. He discussed the facts with his friend Imran and Mehboob who are the notorious criminals of Sambhal and instigated them to commit robbery on the pretext that Vijay Gupta is a wealthy person.
As per the plan, Imran contacted his accomplices who are notorious criminal of Sambhal, UP and they all gathered in the area of Welcome, Delhi. Thereafter, they went at Joshi Road, Delhi and Shakir @ Bhura showed his accomplices the house of complainant Vijay Gupta. Further, his accomplices entered the house and Shakir @ Bhura remained present outside the house. While committing the crime, Mehboob liked a pair of branded shoes kept in the house and he changed his old shoes with the branded shoes. At the time of arrest, Mehboob was having the looted shoes in his feet.
Further at their instance looted booty i.e. laptop, bangles, silver coins, cash Rs. 9,000/-, two mobile phones and one pair shoes have also been recovered. Further investigation is in progress to apprehend the remaining accused and to recover the remaining booty.

PROFILE
1.Mohd. Shakir @ Bhura aged 30 years s/o Mubarak r/o Mohalla Bagicha, Sarai Tareen, Sambhal, Distt. Muradabad, UP; has studied upto class 9th. He had his own workshop of manufacturing and supplying handicraft items. He made the plan to loot the complainant as he was not paying the outstanding dues and has also caused him huge losses by cancelling the supplying orders.
2.Imran aged 26 years s/o Yusuf r/o Mohalla Kotgarbi, Sambhal, Distt. Muradabad, UP; is a notorious criminal and already involved in six cases of robbery and theft in Sambhal, U.P. and Delhi. He is known to Bhura from his native place.
3.Mehboob aged 40 years s/o Yakoob r/o Sambhal Distt. Muradabad (UP) has studied up to 6th Class and he is also notorious criminal of Sambhal (U.P.) and already involved in eight cases of Robbery, theft and riot in Sambhal (U.P) and Delhi. Earlier he was arrested in a Gangster act case by the UP Police.

MURDER CASE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS
INTRODUCTION: -
With the arrest of a person namely Sheikh Ibrahim , aged 30 years, S/o Sheikh Ibrahim r/o JJ Colony, Seema Puri, Delhi, the Police of Bhalswa Dairy, North West District has solved a murder case of PS Seema Puri area within 24 hours. The accused was arrested while he was hiding himself at JJ Cluster, Bhalswa Dairy after committing murder of his wife namely Nazma @ Najo.
INCIDENT & POLICE TEAM: -
On the intervening night of 5-6/4/2010 accused Sheikh Ibrahim was present with his wife at his jhuggi at Seema Puri, Delhi. Husband had suspected infidelity on the part of his wife and had a fight. A scuffle also took place between the two that night. The accused took a nylon rope and strangulate her to death while she was sleeping. A case FIR No. 108/2010 U/s. 302 IPC was registered at PS Seema Puri, Delhi.
SI Rajender Singh alongwith Ct. Jamshed Ali and Ct. Sanjay Singh while on regular patrolling were informed by a stake holder under ‘Eyes & Ears Scheme’ that a person is hiding himself in the JJ Cluster, Bhalswa Dairy, after committing murder of his wife at Seema Puri. On the tip off informer accused Sheikh Ibrahim was arrested by the Police party u/s. 41(1) (9) Cr. P.C. and Police Station Seema Puri was informed accordingly.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED
The accused is 30 years of age and residing at E-44/C-259, J.J. Colony Seema Puri, Delhi. He works as rag picker. He is illiterate and originally hails from West Bengal. He was living with his wife at the above said address.
The accused has been sent to judicial custody and PS Seema Puri Police has been informed to take further action in the matter.

A GANG OF ROBBERS ARRESTED
INTRODUCTION: -
With the arrest of three persons namely i) Anil @ Sonu @ Foda,
aged 24 years S/o Ram Gopal, r/o Gali No. 9, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. ii) Umesh @ Ganja @ Langra, aged 22 years, S/o MokuSinghr/oVillage Birol, P.S. Sipol Distt. Darbhanga, Bihgar and Vegabound Patri Phatak No. 2, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and iii) Zakir Ahmed, aged 22 years S/o Shabuddin r/o Village Asanpur PS Aasanpur, Distt. Bareli, U.P. and near Masjid Patri, Vagabond Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, the Police of PS Shalimar Bagh, North West District has busted a gang of robbers and recovered Mobile Phone of the victim, Cash Rs. 1050/- and one knife used in the commission of crime.
INCIDENT :
On 5.4.2010, the accused persons robbed a mobile phone from the victim Kailash Kumar in front of DA Block, Shalimar Bagh at about 6.30 p.m. at the point of knife. Accordingly a case of robbery vide FIR No. 128/10 u/s. 392/34 IPC PS Shalimar Bagh was registered and investigation was taken up by the following Police team. Subsequently they again robbed a mobile phone and cash of Rs. 1500/- from the victim Munna Kumar at about 9.45 p.m., near Bahadur Ka Dhaba, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and when the victim resisted they stabbed him. Further a case in this regard vide FIR No. 129/10, dated 6.4.10 U/s. 392/34-IPC PS Shalimar Bagh was registered.
POLICE TEAM
Immediately a Police team comprising of HC Kewal Singh, Cts. Pradeep, Devender and Mehndi Hassan under the leadership of Inspr. Joginder Joon, SHO/Shalimar Bagh and under the supervision of Sh. Hari Darshan Dahiya, ACP/Shalimar Bagh was constituted to nab the criminals.
INVESTIGATION & INTERROGATION : -
On 7.4.2010 a secret information was received that some boys involved in the robberies committed on 5.4.2010 in the area of Shalimar Bagh were sitting near the Railway Phatak No. 7, Shalimar Bagh. A team of the following beat staff under the supervision of SHO Shjalimar Bagh was constituted and police team nabbed three accused persons namely Anil @ Sonu @ Foda, Umesh @ Ganja @ Langra and Zaiir Ahmed.

PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED
Anil @ Sonu @ Foda : He is the leader of the gang and a B.C. of the area of PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. He is illiterate and working as a driver. His father is an auto driver and mother is a maid servant in a school at Rohini.
Umesh @ Ganja @ Langra : He is a vagabond and an illiterate. He is a Riskshaw puller. His father has since expired and mother lives in his village.
Zakir Ahmed : He is a vegabound and an illiterate. He is also a rickshawa pullar. His mother has since expired and father lives in village.

GANG OF KIDNAPPERS AND MURDERS BUSTED WITHIN HOURS
INTRODUCTION: -
With the arrest of three person namely i) Wasi Ahmed @ Hosiyar, aged 41 years, S/o Inalmul-Haq r/o Jahangir Puri, ii) Ashok @ Dudhiya, aged 33 years, S/o Shiv Lal r/o Jahangir Puri and iii) Nura @ Noor Islam, aged 27 years, s/o Siwazul r/o CD Park, Jhuggi, Jahangir Puri, the Police of PS Jahangir Puri has busted a gang of kidnappers and murders within a span of 8 hours only.
INCIDENT :
On 4.4.2010 at about 9.40 a.m. an information has been received in the PS Jahangir Puri that one injured Sadiq S/o Abdul Khanr/oVillage Sabraya , PS Phoof Distt. Bhind,M.P. aged about 35 years has been admitted in injured condition in BJRMHospital. This information was lodged vide DD No. 12-A on 4.4.10 and was marked to the HC Ram Kumar for further inquiry. HC Ram Kumar alognwith Ct. Naresh and Ct. Rinku reached BJRM hospital and received the MLC of injured Sadiq on which injuries and deformity were mentioned on several parts of his body. He was opined fir for statement by the doctor. So his statement was recorded. In his statement he stated that healongwith his friend Munna S/o Harbi Lal r/o Nishant Colony near Pusta Chowki Gadhi, Jassi Loni Ghazibad, U.P. He used to work as labour related to building construction.
On 3.4.2010 at about 10.00 p.m. he alongwith his friend Munna came to Jahangir Puri, Delhi to meet his old friend Jai Kishore. Jai Kishore was not found at home as he has gone to some unknown place after selling his jhuggi in CD Park about 1 ½ years back. Being odd hours they both slept on rehri on CD Park road Sabzi Mandi near AmbedkarPark. In the night at about 3.00 a.m., four persons came to them and begin to call both of them as thieves and took them in a jhuggi and gave beating with the kicks, punches and sticks till 8.30 a.m. in the morning. When Munna become unconscious all of the four persons rook him to some unknown place where he succumbed to injuries.
At about 8.30 a.m. they left Sadiq alone in Jhuggi.Luckily at that time one truck hit the wall near that jhuggi and public gathered there and PCR van also arrived at the spot. On seeing the PCR van injured Sadiq reached to the PCR which took him to BJRM hospital.
On the statement of Sadiq a case FIR No. 120/10 u/s. 308/365/342/34-IPC dated 4.4.2010 was registered at PS Jahangir Puri and investigation was taken up by the following police team.
POLICE TEAM
Inspr. Dharam Pal, ATO/Jahangir Puri, SI Ramesh , SI Vikas, HC Ram Kuamr, Cts. Naresh, Rinku led by Inspr. S.B. Yadav, SHO/Jahangir Puri under the close supervision of Sh. Jai Bhagwan, ACP/Jahangir Puri was constituted to nab the criminals.
INVESTIGATION : -
The Police team conducted search in CD Park jhuggies to trace another injured Munna. House search of 400 jhuggies were conducted in CD Park, Jahangirpuri to trace out the kidnapped person Munna, but all efforts were in vain. About 500-600 big bags of scraps lying on CD Park Road near CD Park Jhuggies were searched but in van.
On 4.4.2010 at about 8.00 p.m. on secret information accused Wasi Ahmed @ Hosiyar was arrested from the AmbedkarPark, Jahangir Puri, who was watching the activities of Police near the scrap in which the dead body was kept hidden. He was interrogated at length.
INTERROGATION :
During the course of interrogation at length he was trying to prove himself innocent, but when he was kept on sustained interrogation he broke down and confessed his guilt.
He was arrested in the above cited case and his disclosure statement was recorded. In his disclosures statement he confessed that atabout 8.30 a.m. one Noora of CD Park came to his house in C Block and narrated about the murder of one person and also asked to help him in disposing of the dead body. He being the fast friend of Noora could not refuse him to dispose off the body. He went with Noora in his Jhuggi in CD Park where Neju, elder brother of Noora, Ashok Dudhiya and Motibul, brother-in-law of Noora were present near the dead body of Munna aged 35 years. He made a plan with them to keep the body in a small plastic bad and then kept it in another bag containing empty plastic bottles and othe scarps. They tied the bag and kept on a rickshaw rehri and hide the bag containing dead body near other bags of scarps near AmbedkarPark on CD Park road. He was watching the activites of Police near the bag containing dead body which was lying near other several bags of scraps. During this process he was arrested in AmbedkarPark. As per their plan they had to shift this bag containing dead body in the Godown located in Bhalswa and also to burn the dead body during night but they could not succeed.
On his pointing out, the dead body was recovered from plastic bad containing empty plastic bottles and scarp and another small plastic bag containing dead body. The injured Sadiq identified the dead body of his friend Munna.
After the arrest of Wasi Ahmed 2 Hosiya, houses/jhuggies of other co-accuseds were searched and found locked. On a secret information Ashok @ Dudhiya was arrested on 6.4.10. He has confessed his guilt. Accused Noora was arrested on 7.4.10 and weapon of offence i.e. stick by which beating were given to both Sadiq and Munna by the accused person was recovered from his house/jhuggi on his pointing out.
