Dear Patron of the Arts,
We are excited to begin our 2014-2015 season of Community Theater! We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support. Together,we are growing a strong theater arts organization with one of the finest reputations in Northwest Iowa. During our past season we were proud to bring you the hilarious and touching comedy, “The Dixie Swim Club” followed by the Pulitzer Prize winning, “Harvey”, and our spring production of the classic “On Golden Pond”. Our summer musical, “Les Miserables” was a magnificent achievement upon our humble stage, met with standing ovations and rave reviews from sold-out audiences. The CCT Jr. production of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” was delightful and involved dozens of area children. Thank you.
Over the past year, through ticket sales, donations and thousands of volunteer hours, we have been able to provide for our community:
- The ability to bring some of the latest shows released from Broadway, while keeping ticket prices affordable, despite significant royalty increases in recent years
- Improvements in our lighting and effects, used to spectacular results last season
- Some of the most stunning costumes ever seen on the CCT stage
- The ability to include hundreds of local youth, actors,dancers and musicians in a diverse range of shows, appealing to a broad range of audience members
- CCT’s website, cherokeect.org, which allows you to make reservations online
The CompleteCCT 2014-15Season Rosteris included with this letter along with show dates, at the door ticket prices and reservation information. We’ve put it all on a quick-reference guide for your convenience! Our season premiere opens Friday, October 3rd with “The Diary of Anne Frank”, the third in our Pulitzer Series. This production is privately funded and 100% of the proceeds go to CCT programming. We look forward to seeing you come out for this special fund-raising event.

Your membership card (season tickets) will be mailed in late September. Memberships may also be purchased at our fall production, but please note that the “Member” level of season tickets for the 2014-2015 season will not be available for purchase after the completion of the season’s initial production.
