Future fundraising ideas / Ptfa have agreed to fund glockenspiels, dictionaries, stage area in playground. These are in progress apart from the stage area which will be considered once new school business manager is in post.
CP offered to order any items direct if that would help.
Reception and Y2 are wanting to use their funding later in the year / LG to keep PTFA up to date on progress
RL to keep CP updated
Defibrillator / Put on hold currently / LG to consider in future
School crossing patrol / CP has spoken to Eric who confirmed neither he nor his manager has been informed of any changes. LG confirmed no updates currently. Hoping no news is good news.
Disco for all year groups / Discussed having another disco on Monday 14th November.
Format same as previous disco regarding timings, snack etc

LG text parents to get volunteers
Christmas cards / Using Cauliflower cards who supplied them last year. To be issued ready for half term. All paperwork to be returned to office direct with payment. CP will deal with any admin. / CP to create instruction sheet and issue to classes.
LG to make teachers aware to expect cards.
Christmas event / TC suggested the committee’s vision for the event, brunch with Santa and asked for feedback.
Lots of good suggestions were made regarding pricing, naming of the event and structure/logistics involved.
LG offered to create a survey if needed.
AD said Mrs Elliott has asked about choir’s involvement so need to discuss Choirs participation at event. / Committee to discuss ideas raised at meeting and establish event details
All – Volunteers needed!
AOB / LG has discussed succession planning in current newsletter requesting help from parents to keep PTFA going. LG has stressed that without the committee events and treats such as discos, Mother’s day gifts etc would not happen

Thanks to everyone who attended. It was lovely to see so many new faces!
