  1. Schedule getting started strategy session within 24-48 hours of a new consultant sign up.

  2. Follow up next day to confirm date
  1. At the meeting, Start your session off with 3 questions (should take about 10 min)
  2. How much would you need to earn per month in order to make this worth your while? Go through 4 levels of management: DM-average 300-1200 per month, AM 1k-4k a month; RVP- 4k-15k a month; NVP- 22k a month and up. "no limitations"
  3. How soon do you need to make that?
  4. How many hours can you commit each week?
  5. My job is to teach you how to fall in love with Arbonne! Momentum is key...it will not be fun if we do not create momentum. For example, if you open up your calendar and see only 2 parties you will be frustrated and grow to dislike Arbonne. but if you open your calendar and see 8-10 parties, you will be excited and LOVE Arbonne!

  3. Section 2- 100 person list
  4. Section 3- Dream team… Schedule a dream team meeting/zoom in first 7 days.
  5. Section 4- Schedule Activity

- Give them 2-3 open dates; schedule launches in first 7 days; If you are non-local you will be zooming in or using FaceTime.

- Go over booking verbiage (Verbiage that works doc on Beth’s website)

- Give a booking incentive. For example: “My goal is to help you execute 10 presentations over the next 30 days so that you walk away feeling confident about your new business. I love giving an incentive to help get you going! Schedule 10 presentations in your first 30 days by____(48 hours) and I will give you_____.” (If new BB is starting on the 15th or later, challenge them to get at least 6 in the current month and 4 in the first 10 days of next month) I also like to STRESS that these need to be scheduled and on the books.

We do that through meetings, weekly trainings and books. We have found that when one plugs in to grow their knowledge of our industry and what it takes to lead, they flourish.
