1. Approved Minutes from 12/20/2010 meeting
2. Discussed 2/3 Nascar Hall of Fame event - Ann
· Per Ann, need deposit payment for event
· Will confirm sponsor, BMC
· Per Nascar contact, hall tour fee of $10 per attendee
· Ann to check with contact provided from Blumenthal to arrange a “behind the scenes” tour of facility with broadcast studios and brief hall tour
· Speaker options:
o Ken contact with UNCC Motorsport School
o Jerry contact Kelly/Acumen re: Joe Gibbs Racing contact
o Ken contact Olin Broadway re: UNCC contacts
· Jerry raised concern re: need to reschedule as not prepared & limited time available to market event to draw attendance
· Sandy raised concern regarding event definition, preparation and commitment across board to ensure that event plans and execution are successful
3. Determined to reschedule Nascar event until March/April
4. Change 2/3 event to roundtable discussion located at Byron’s
· Ann to verify Byron’s availability
· Determined to charge flat fee of $35 for event
5. Reminder from Dee for Member Survey calls to be made
· Requested calls and survey information complete by 1/7
