Fernald Closure Project: Fernald, Ohio January 2006 – March 2006: : Temporary assignment as a Senior Radiological Control Technician for Bartlett Services in support ofloadout and removal of Thoron-230 product from Silo-3, job coverage and decon of personnel and equipment exiting contamination areas.

Hanford Nuclear Reservation: Richland, Washington March 2005 – September 2005 : Temporary assignment as a Senior Radiological Control Technician for Eberline Services, Inc. in support of N-Cribs Remedial Action Contract. Provided radiological controls assistance in support of the 1301N Crib Remediation Project for the Environmental Remediation Contractor.

Hanford Nuclear Reservation: Richland, Washington 1990-2002 : Over 12 years progressive responsibility as a Senior Radiological Controls Technician.

2000-2002: Characterization Group - Core Sampling/Vapor Sampling/Grab Sampling of the high activity waste in the Hanford Underground Storage Tanks and the shipment of samples to the 222-S labs for analysis. Frequent High Airborne/High Radiation/High Contamination Area work often requiring extremity monitoring due to activity of samples being handled. General RCT duties such as routines, counting lab work, alarm response, release surveys.

1996-2000: Saltwells Group - Radiological Support for the pumping of free liquid from the Single Shell Hanford Storage Tanks to the Double Shell Storage Tanks including rerouting and replacement of piping jumpers, insertion and removal of screens/pumps into and out of tank waste. Daily High Airborne/High Radiation/High Contamination Area work, working around cranes, around open valve pits and free liquid waste.
