I. Welcome
A. Attendance (Each meeting counts as One Service Hour)
- Checking in and leaving (sports, work, activities, etc.) counts as ½ hour
B. Service forms and Dues ($15) are PAST DUE.
- Service Forms (will be collected quarterly)
- Must have legitimate signature from club/event to show proof of service.
- Community service ideas (names, numbers, associations) – See any officer after the meeting.
- Hours sheets are available on the NHS club website
II. Chapter Information
A.Attendance at meetings is mandatory (only two unexcused absences are allowed)

B.School Events – TWO MANDATORY; ONE LEFT THIS SEMESTER; SENIORS ONLY
- January 7th: Induction Ceremony
C.Tutoring
- If interested in tutoring fill out a tutoring form.
- We will have after school tutoring in the cafeteria. Please let
us know which day you are available for after school
tutoring.

- YOU ARE TO CHARGE NO MORE THAN TEN ($10) DOLLARS PER HOUR IF YOU WISH TO BE PAID
D.Upcoming Service Events
- SGA Green and White Holiday Party-Dec. 4: Volunteers needed for setup and attendance. 1 hour for attendance!!
- SEPTA-Dec.5: Volunteers needed at Howitt for Holiday Charity Breakfast. 7:45AM-1:30PM Do not need to stay for entire time.
