ATTENTION EXHIBITORS
Neither THE SHOW GIVING CLUB, the Paducah Kennel Club, nor any of those connected with the presentation of this event assumes any responsibility for any loss(es), damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for their children.
EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR OWN DOGS
Entries must be on official AKC entry forms.
The club will not be held responsible for spelling errors due to illegible entry forms. Entry forms must be signed at the bottom by the owner or agent.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the club it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.
NO FAX ENTRIES. Any overnight private carriers requiring a signature upon delivery will not be guaranteed to be received in time to meet required deadline for closing. Please enter early.
Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be $20 fee on returned checks. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a cash only basis.
Canadian exhibitors: make checks/money orders in U.S. funds.
Dogs need be present only for scheduled time of judging; those dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dogs holding up a class. All dogs present must be on leash or confined to crates.
Prizes will not be mailed. All awards must be picked up the day of the show before the published closing time.
If veterinary attention is required, the exhibitor is responsible for the veterinarian’s emergency fee and medical expenses incurred.
FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE ON GROUNDS.
Coffee, drinks, and pastries each morning
Lunch will be in the climate-controlled clubroom
Lunch break in the judging will be at the judge’s discretion.

DIRECTIONS TO TRIAL SITE
Directions to the Paducah Kennel Club
The PKC Show and Club Grounds are located West of I- 24
From the North: Crossing bridge from IL into Paducah, take Exit 4 off I- 24, go right (will drive past Mall) on Hwy 60W. Turn left (South) at Junction of 305. Continue South (will pass the airport). At end of road, (church on left) turn right, then next road, go left. You are on Fisher Rd. The PKC is on the right about 1- 2 miles.
From the South: In Paducah, take Exit 7 off I- 24, (will see Lourdes Hospital on right), stay straight and proceed forward to “on” ramp at light. At top of hill (next light) turn left onto Hwy 62 W. Drive app. 6 miles (4 lanes will go to 2 lanes) to Fisher Rd/ Hwy 305. Turn right onto 305 (old BP Mart on corner of 62 & Fisher Rd.). Show site ¼ mile on the left.
RV and Overnight Parking
Spaces are 25 ft wide x 40 ft deep. If you need more room, please reserve two spaces. There are many spaces available but you may want to reserve electrical spaces early. $10.00 a night without electricity $20.00 a night with electricity. Campsites not occupied by 12:00 noon on the day of the reservation, without prior arrangement, may be made available to other campers. Make checks for RV spaces only payable to PKC.
You may also set up tents on Paducah Kennel Club property. There will not be any security on the show grounds and the club accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to personal property.
