This year we will be running an exciting new element at our AGM! On the day, up to 4 new projects have the chance of securing funding of up to £2000. A budget of £1,000 will also be available for any new ideas formulated on the day that require the development of a proposal for a larger project.

You are invited to submit up to 3 project ideas, each within one of the four Heart of Pitsea Strategic Objective groups (1. Health and Wellbeing; 2. Education, employment, skills and opportunities; 3. Antisocial Behaviour and Community Safety; 4. Community and Environment).

Up to 4 project ideas per Strategic Objective will be put forward for public vote to the residents of the Heart of Pitsea on the day.

In order to submit a project idea, please complete the following application form and also the separate sheet at the end of this document, which will be on display for the public on the day.
