Enter the characters from the picture and select Next:

Enter your Abila password and click Next:

Create three security questions to which only you know the answers. Also type in the answers. Then click Next:

If you forget your password in the future, you will be able to reset it by going to Password Manager -> Forgot My Password

3  How to Remove Another User from Abila

Some users have access to remove another user from Abila, primarily the same users that have access to post transactions. Kansas can give this access to additional users if requested. Previously, it was necessary to go to another screen to access the Administration module to do this. Now, the administration functions are on the same screen as the accounting functions.

Please note: after removing a user from Abila, it is extremely important to close the Manage Concurrent Users screen. Only one Abila user across all of Unbound can be in the Manage Concurrent Users screen at one time. If you leave this screen open, no one else will be able to remove any users

To remove another user from Abila, click on the Systm menu them Manage Concurrent Users:

In the list of users, find the username of the person that needs to be removed from Abila in the User ID column. Highlight this row, and click on the red X icon at the top of the screen:

Answer Yes to the following message:

·  Click OK on the Manage Concurrent Users screen to close it. This is very important because only one Abila user across all of Unbound can be in the Manage Concurrent Users screen at one time. If you leave this screen open, no one else will be able to remove any users:

The user that was removed should now be able to log into Abila. He/she may see the following message. The user should click OK to close the message, sign out of Abila, and login again:
