Schools: Herb has worked in the education sector constructing new schools complete with plumbing and heating systems utilizing steam, gas fired boilers and geothermal systems. Herb coordinated the field drainage systems, site service connections and mechanical fit-out of the new Varsity Stadium at The University of Toronto.

Medical / Healthcare: Herb has worked on and supervised projects involving decanting existing Medical facilities to accommodate demolition and reconstruction, integration of Medical Gas systems required for Hospital retrofit projects and complete renovations of existing Hospital Wings. (Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital)

Process Piping: Herb has worked on various types of process piping for Rubbermaid and Magna

International.

Greater Toronto Airport Authority: Herb has work on the reconfiguration of the Chilled Water

Pumping Systems at Pearson International Airport.

Housing: Herb has worked on various New Condominium High Rise construction projects and on Metro Housing Complex retrofit projects coordinating Plumbing, Heating and Natural Gas Piping systems.

Government: Herb has worked on various projects for the Ministry of the Environment (PCB Testing Lab Facilities), Ministry of Agriculture (Testing Lab), Ministry of Defense (Camp Borden Ammunition Storage Bunkers) and Ministry of Defense (Meaford Tank Range).

Commercial / Retail: Herb coordinated the mechanical trades involved in the renovation of Fairview Mall in Toronto while maintaining retail operations. The work involved coordinating sub-trades, installation of a New Food Court, installation of (2) New Gas Meter rooms complete with new distribution piping systems, installation of new HVAC systems and new Automated Control Systems.
