Ceramic Egg CookerYou’re going to LOVE this new piece from Pampered Chef! So many things you can do with it! Keep this sheet handy for breakfast and fast tasty treats!

Blueberry Lemon Muffin:1T Butter, 1 Egg Yolk, 1T Milk, ½ t Vanilla. Mix these ingredients together in your Ceramic Egg Cooker. Add 2 T Sugar, 3 TFlour, ¼ t Baking Powder, mix into existing ingredients in Ceramic Egg Cooker. Stir in 1 t Lemon Zest and 2 T of blueberries. Place lid on Cooker. Place in microwave and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Let set for 30 seconds. Flip cooker over muffin should pop out!!

Microwave Omelette: Combine 2 eggs, 2 TMilk, and ½ t salt inCeramic Egg Cooker. Put on lid and shake well. Remove lid, add ¼ c diced ham, some diced red pepper, a handful of fresh spinach and 1T grated cheese. Mix well. Return lid and microwave on high for 60 seconds or until cooked thru. You can eat from Ceramic Egg Cooker or remove to a plate.

Oatmeal w/Banana: ½ large ripe banana mashed in Ceramic Egg Cooker, 1/8t Salt, ½ c Quick Oats, ½ c Milk. Mix well. Place lid on Ceramic Egg Cooker and place in Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Eat from Ceramic Egg Cooker or place in bowl. Can add more banana, nuts or berries.

Microwave Mug Cake: Combine 1/4 c Dark Chocolate Morsels, 1 T Milk in Ceramic Egg Cooker and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Add 1 egg, 1T unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir. Place lid on Ceramic Egg Cooker. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Flip cooker over and cake should pop out!

Chocolate Brownie Cake: Master Mix: 1 chocolate cake mix, 1 chocolate instant pudding mix. Mix both together and place in a gallon Ziploc bag. Combine 1 egg, 1 T water and 1 T oil in cooker. Add½ c of master mix and stir with fork. Place lid on top and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Cake will look a little wet! Flip out onto plate, cover in frosting, if desired, and enjoy!

Peach Cobbler Mug Cake: Place 1 T butter in cooker, cover and melt in microwave. In separate bowl, stir together 3 T white cake mix and a pinch of cinnamon. Whisk in 2 ½ T milk and pour mixture over butter in cooker…don’t stir!! Take 1 single serve container of diced peaches and drain off most of liquid and pour into baker…don’t stir! Microwave 3-4 minutes at 50% power…top with ice cream, if desired! Try other fruit and cake combinations, like pineapple in place of peaches, or cherry pie filling and chocolate cake mix for a black forest cobbler! Yum!

The Ceramic Egg Cooker is great for heating up leftovers, soup, pasta dishes, etc, and it’s great to use as a mug for coffee, tea and hot chocolate!
