Last year, we invested (Insert 2014 Corporate Campaign Total) in United Way’s research-based initiatives. Here’s what we made happen in 2014:
Education: OUR gifts connected 4,257 Dane County students with math and literacy tutoring—ensuring all students succeed academically and graduate from high school, regardless of race.
Income: OUR gifts gave 110 adults employment training that empowered them to find and keep family-sustaining jobs.
Health: OUR gifts helped screen 2,750 sixth graders for behavioral health issues, allowing eligible students to receive school-based treatment for childhood trauma. Because of YOU these kids now can focus on one of the biggest indicators of their life-long success, graduation.
