ALL INDIA CENTRAL REVENUE SPORTS & CULTURAL MEET -2015, RAIPUR

Under the chairmanship of Shri Atul Gupta, IRS., Commissioner, Central Excise, Raipur (CG.) different committees are formed to conduct the Zonal Central Revenue Cultural Meet of North Zone on 18th Dec’2015 & 19th Dec’ 2015 at Raipur. The Head of Committees are requested to perform their works to their utmost efficiency for conduct of the said meet. The progress of the work will be reported to the Chairman and Chief Convenor Shri Ajay Kumar Pandey, Additional Commissioner, Central Excise, Raipur (CG.) in co-ordination with the Co-ordinator Shri A. H. Khan, Superintendent (Prev.) and Shri Mahendra Tiwari Superintendent (Admn.) Central Excise, Hqrs., Raipur (CG.)

Committee of the Juries:

Press & Publicity

1. To take care of the publicity of the event including press, television, radio and other media.
2. Arrangements for the needs of the media persons like refreshments, power needs etc. at the event venues

Reception Committee

Protocol and Transport :

1. All the works related to protocol and transportation in coordination with reception &othercommittees.
2. To receive the guests and participants at Airport / Railway Station and arrange for their transportation to the venues / stay points.

1. To make arrangements for medical emergency like first aid box provisions of doctors.
2. To coordinate with different state / central Government departments and make arrangements for security personnels and firefighting equipments / systems.

CATERING COMMITTEE :

1. To look after the work and coordinate with the caterer.
2. To make arrangements for the lunch at each venue.
3. To make arrangements for serving of coffee / tea during opening / closing ceremony.

PRIZE COMMITTEE:

ACCOMMODATION COMMITTEE :

1. To collect the details of accommodation available nearby venue. Address, Contact No., Tariff etc. to be provided to Organizing Committee.

1. To look after all the facilities / needs at the stay points.

Auditorium, Programme and Stage Committee

1. To get the programme venues (including stages and green rooms) ready for the events well in time especially in respect of the stage decoration, light, sound, cleanliness and sanitation.
2. It should be ensured that at least 2 members of the committee should be present near the stage to take care of emergency situations.
3. To chalk out the timings and venues for each event.
4. To make arrangements for the judges and accompanists for each events and ensure their availability at the event venues in time in coordination with other committees.
5. To check the stage arrangements like light, sound and decoration of the stage managed by stage committee.
6. To prepare the list of winners and runners-up of each event and hand them over to the prize committee well in time.
7. To make arrangements for the needs and facilities required by the judges like stop-watches, bells, lights, etc.

1. To depute a person on the stage during the competitions for monitoring the time limits prescribed by the Board.
2. To make arrangements for the in-house musical / dance groups for presentation of the opening ceremony.
3. To arrange for comparers at the venues.
