PLEASE READ:

1. This is a “Healthy Festival” – in the Catering/Food, please we prefer no coke or chips to be offered

2. The Sarau Festival Team are looking at ways to continue to reduce the impact of rubbish within the Festival. Our focus this year will be on reducing rubbish and non-recyclable materials, and with the Catering/Food stalls we would really like you to use compostable materials please. There will be a prize for the best stall with a 'green environmental theme' including the use of compostables.

3. We still have a continuing focus on blackcurrants, they being an important crop in the Moutere. Please think about including Blackcurrants or a blackcurrant theme into your stall if you can

4. A maximum of 2 passes will be allocated to your stall. You will need to pay festival entry ($5) for all other helpers.

5. All sites are 3m x 4m. If you are larger than this, please pay for 2. If you have a special request for a site we will endeavour to accommodate it, but no guarantees!

6. Venue is the Moutere Hills Community Centre and grounds, set up from 12noon.

Registrations from Moutere businesses/residents receive a $10 discount

All registrations received before 15 December 2017 receive a $5 discount

Registrations close on Saturday 20 January 2018 any registrations after that incur $20 admin fee
