Created by the National Parent Teacher Association (), these grade-by-grade parent guides reflect the Common Core State Standards. Individual guides were created for grades K-8, while there are two guides (English Language Arts/Literacy and mathematics) for grades 9-12.

Math Progressions
Math progressions are narrative documents describing the progression of a topics across a number of grade levels, informed both by research on children's cognitive development and by the logical structure of mathematics. The original math Common Core State Standards writing team will finalize and publish these documents. Provided are draft documents that have been made public. This information will be updated as new versions are provided.

Standards by Domain
The Standards by Domain documents provide a listing of the standards in a Domain by grade level through grade 8. For example, the Expressions and Equations document provides the list of standards for grades 6, 7 and 8 in this Domain. Domain documents are not available for high school.

Common Core State Standards Math Curriculum Analysis Project Report
This report is designed to help K-12 textbook adoption committees, school administrators, and K-12 teachers in selecting mathematics curriculum materials that support implementation of the Common Core State Standards. There are three tools in the document: one looking at the treatment of key content areas in each of four grade bands (K–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12); one analyzing how well the standards for mathematical practice are integrated into the materials; and one assessing pedagogical aspects of the materials.
