TENDER NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF 2500-3000 OLD (IRON) STEEL TRUNKS
Sealed Tenders are invited from interested parties for disposal of 2500-3000 used old Steel (Iron) Trunks as is where basis is. The prescribed Tender Form can be obtained on any working day from the Cashier (AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, All India Engineering/Architecture Entrance Examination Unit, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I.P. Extension, Paparganj, Delhi-110092 on payment of Rupees 50/- each (non-refundable) from 24thSeptember, 2010 or the same can also be downloaded from the Board’s website ( In case, the tender form is downloaded from the website, the cost of the tender form i.e. Rupees 50/- only be paid along with the Earnest Money. Interested Parties may submit the sealed tender to the Assistant Secretary (Admn.), Central Board of Secondary Education, All India Engineering/Architecture Entrance Examination Unit, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I.P. Extension, Paparganj, Delhi-110092. Tenders in sealed cover alongwith Earnest Money of Rupees 35,000/- in Cash/Bank Draft payable to Secretary, CBSE, Delhi should reach to the Assistant Secretary (AIEEE) at the address given above by 2.30 p.m. on or before 25thOctober,2010. In case the Earnest Money is deposited in cash with the cashier (AIEEE) CBSE, photocopy of the receipt must be enclosed with the tender form. The tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. 25thOctober, 2010at 3.00 p.m. in Board’s office at Patparganj in the presence of Tenderers who may like to be present.
