·  The ability to create a safe, happy, stimulating and creative environment where children can flourish.

·  A leadership style that will unite, motivate and inspire staff.

·  The ability to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider Catholic community.

In return we will offer:

·  Happy and enthusiastic pupils.

·  A team of dedicated staff.

·  A commitment to personal and professional development.

·  A committed and supportive Governing Body.

·  Supportive parents.

·  Good links with the parish, North Northants Catholic Schools Partnership, Northampton diocese and the local community.

St Luke Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
