Keep appointments to time. I was due in at 9:50 and was called in at 10:33. My actual appointment was brilliant and very helpful
Getting an appointment within six weeks is so difficultTo be able to make an appointment with a doctor quicker than 1 month in advance. Today my son was seen by a doctor after seeing the nurse practitioner and I was very grateful and happy with the service.

Myself and my late husband always recieved excellant treatment that cannot be faulted i would not change a thing
Answer the phone quicker. I waited for 13 minutes for it to be answered this week.
To change one thing would be to have a midwife available at your surgery everyday and not waiting a week for them to get back to you.
Make it possible to see same doctor when you have on going problem
Doctors are very good at Castle mead but the system is failing badly. No online bookings available 4/5 weeks waiting to see Doctors then waiting beyond your appointment time as Doctors are over worked. Very sad to say.

As I'm a new patient I've not had to call on your services much yet but so far I've been impressed with your response to my requests.
Accessing appts easier
Cannot be faulted or improved. Always excellent service and most friendly staff. The patients are so lucky to such a good practice.
Make more appointments available abd extend opening times

For Pine close I can only say I am perfectly happy.

Opening hours are not good enough for working people
The approach road outside yr surgery perameter is in a bad state of repair this could do with looking at by the council? and parking is difficult thank you.
Shorter waiting time for an appointment
I've had too go through new patent when I was already one who left the area, I now have too wait weeks for an appointment for aniexty. I think you should have a walk in clinic
All the drs we have seen are all very good at the moment mrs marr is with dr patterson and she is looking after very well and also mr marr is under dr docrull which he is also looking after mr marr very well every dr you have helped every one we no thank you i cant say no more
To be able to see the same docter for an ongoing problem within a shorter length of time.
To be able to see my doctor sooner than the 6 weeks waiting time there is now

Only improvement would be to possibly reduce waiting times when trying to make an appointment; less than 3-4 weeks ahead would be helpful if possible

Castle Mead is an excellent surgery on all fronts with perhaps the waiting times for appointments being a problem sometimes. This seems the case with most of the other surgeries which my friends attend in Hinckley.
No complaints on this visit.
