Minutes of last meeting: agreed amendment to show that Regents’ wished to charge £25 a session for boat hire. This was to be discussed with Regents.
Since meeting this was reduced to £5 a session and Regents’ members will be able to attend Castle sessions for £10.

For year to date we have spent £4068.65
We have received £4025
This leaves us with approx £1696 to spend.
This does not include sign or post Christmas Party
Safety:
Had a couple of no shows but generally good. Phoning before works well.
Still have a problem with the 14th December as there are two trips on that day. DE to e-mail stating that if people want to paddle and no duty officer then the one of the paddlers must act as the duty officer
Membership:
115 members
News letters have been e-mailed to all parties.17 will receive by post + 3 e-mail bounce back.

Gathering to take place Mid January – Brownswood Tavern (Video and Nibbles) Club will provide food. Members can bring one guest, extra guests will be £5. The club will not subsidies drinks. Mark to organise David to e-mail
