SPACE APPLICATION AND FEES

Booth rental fees are $1,400.00 for exhibiting for TWO DAYS.

Booth rental fee IS $ 900.00 for exhibiting for ONE DAY

Applications for rental of exhibit space shall be subject to the approval of DFW CMSA.

DFW CMSA reserves the right to reject applications for space with or without cause if it is in the best interest of the conference. A standard exhibit booth is an 8’ X 10’ space.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE

Allocation of booths is on a “first come, first served” basis. We have limited space this year, so reserve your booth early! The non-refundable payment (unless cancelled 30 days prior to conference) must accompany the application.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of all or a portion of any exhibit space must be made in writing. In the event of such cancellation, DFW CMSA shall refund 50% of the rental payment.

NO REFUND will be made to the Exhibitor within 30 days of the conference.

BOOTH SET-UP

Set-up shall take place between 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, April 7, 2016 or you may set up at 7:00 AM on Friday, April 8, 2016.

BOOTH TEAR DOWN

The exhibitor shall not dismantle its display or begin tear down prior to the closure of the conference. Any exhibitor that tears down early will jeopardize their exhibiting at future events. Exhibitor agrees that premature tear down detracts from the overall merit of the conference. Tear down may commence on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 4:00 PM.

BOOTH FURNISHINGS

The exhibit area is carpeted. All spaces include one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Information and prices for electricity should be addressed to the Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel.

BOOTH PERSONNEL

Badges/passes will be provided for two booth personnel for the entire conference. Additional badges/passes to the exhibit area for booth personnel may be obtained for an additional fee of $25 per badge. Exhibitors must register additional personnel for the educational portion of the conference at the prevailing registration fees. Badges must be worn at all times.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The conference hotel is the Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel located at 5444 State Highway 121, Frisco, Texas. Make your reservation no later than 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2016 to receive the discounted DFW CMSA rate of $134.00 single/double rate plus tax. Make reservations by telephone by calling 972/668-8793 and identifying yourself as members of “Case Management Society”.

SPECIAL EVENTS & CONFERNCE ATTIRE

All meals and breaks will be served near the exhibit area. Conference attire is business casual.
