1. Course Title: Management Diploma Level 3

Duration of course: 14 – 16 weeks Cost of Course: £500 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Edexcel Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The work-shops will cover, leadership, delegation, managing change and supervisory management. This will form underpinning knowledge for the learner against the award criteria.

1. Course Title: Management Diploma Level 5

Duration of course: 14 – 16 weeks Cost of Course: £800 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Edexcel Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The work-shops will cover, strategic management, leadership styles, managing strategic change and developing management systems. This will form underpinning knowledge for the learner against the award criteria.

1. Course Title: Management Diploma Level 7

Duration of course: 14 – 16 weeks Cost of Course: £1,000 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Edexcel Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The work-shops will cover developing a business plan, marketing strategies, developing organization strengths and personal development. This will form underpinning knowledge for the learner against the award criteria.

1. Course Title: Leadership and Management Diploma Level 5

Duration of course: 14 – 16 weeks Cost of Course: £800 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Edexcel Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The work-shops will cover leadership, CQC requirements and standards, managing teams, personal development and managing complaints. This will form underpinning knowledge for the learner against the award criteria.

1. Course Title: QCF Health and social care diploma Level 2/3

Duration of course: 14 – 16 weeks Cost of Course: £450-£550 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Edexcel Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The work-shops will cover Health and safety, manual handling, infection control, food hygiene and SOVA. This will form underpinning knowledge for the learner against the award criteria.

1. Course Title: Preparing to teach in the life-long learning sector Level 3

Duration of course: 6 - 8 weeks Cost of Course: £280 Accredited Course

Awarding Body: Highfield Awarding body Assessor Contact: Every 2 weeks

The course is a competency based qualification, but elements of the award the learner will have the opportunity to attend work-shops held at our head office. The delivery elements of the course will be delivered once a week normally half day in an afternoon at our head office. The delivery sessions are 4 sessions and then the learner will deliver their micro teach session for the purpose of assessment.
