Kevin Miller – Met with St Peter staff – went well – Operations set beginning of 2017 time frame.

Introduction of Ann Handahl – Temp at least for Samar’s replacement – Unsure who will be long term HR Tech.

Finances – Operating income Oct. $1.6 Milllion – $266k favorable. Operating income $16,219k - $3,275k favorable. Net Revenue – $6,005k - $383k favorable. Salary Expense – $2,450k - $103k unfavorable. Non Salary – $1,944k – $15k unfavorable.

Staffing Committee – Jeff C said it went smoothly. Check with Amanda for notes. Schedules due to Kevin mid December

Safety Committee – Scott held meeting – Steve Hag doing trial on uniforms – 5 different shirts. Slash resistant uniform is gone.

Rumor Mill – MV Base – Czyson to be moved to MV base. Staffing Manager also is based at MV base. Discussed expansion of MV base – Building up or building into next building. Forbes is running out of room as the business grows. MV is almost full. Time card issue - Manager / Supervisor using PTO on Kronos errors - .95 issue.

Action Items –

-Still need video for dispatch EMD call entry – Domeier

-Zone Defense – Rear view cameras not working well due to light.

-Something about laminated cards being put into ambulances – Domeier referenced having this info put into cad in a drop down menu.

-Cleared in Policy – Crew on scene has decision. Sup meeting will take place to discuss ideas / issues.

-OPS / Dispatch meeting – Drew B and OPS supervisor will run. Need employees to volunteer for meetings.

-Badge Access – New Allina Security Director to take this issue on – He is based out of Grand.

-VST Shirts – Issue resolved – Slogan on some and some without.

-Survey Monkey for employees – Shift filling survey was very informative.

-BLS crews out late / burn – Data being pulled from BLS/CC

-Facility names – CAD/EMMA/Phones – Suggestion by Domeier to assign every facility by City name first so it’s consistent. TAG is researching.

-F-Series – Seat change is not happening – Speak up if you cannot operate vehicle.

-Fueling / EOS – Responsibilities

-CAAS -7 launched – 6 completed by 2017. Every policy has to be approved by legal.

-Bags and Bins – Filled and done.

Drug Testing – Paperwork handed out

-Garage timer – Resolved.

New Business

-Holiday AHEMS / Unions $ payments are half and half.

-Staffing / crew scheduler / check box for notification of shift changes

-Start of shift – Radio or phone – use radio for all movements

-Staffing changes and communication

-Uniform policy discrepancy – Pins approved only worn. (RIP American flag pins)

-Mantoux shots – Greater MN are almost done – CPS can do shots – seem to be having issues with CP’s and Pyxis issues. Are VST’s involved also?

-CC Education / Training – Self study issue – Classes start after the 1st of January 2017
