Technology in the Classroom – Levi Valdois

Almost all students in grades six through 12 carry mobile devices that connect them with the outside world. Digital devices and cell phones can help you engage your students at no cost to your school. The session will offer information, tips and ideas on how to bring cell phones and other digital devices into the classroom. Participants will gain hands-on experience with digital devices in the classroom and learn how to implement cell phone/digital device use in the classroom, improve classroom engagement and increase communication with parents. Each attendee will need a cell phone or other wireless digital device with the ability to text or access the Internet to fully participate
