Season Tickets may be used on any day Monday to Saturday in any of the following car parks:

Parking is free on Sundays and therefore you will not need to display your permit.

Season Tickets cost £30.00 a month or £90.00 a quarter.

CONDITIONS OF USE –SEASON TICKETS

  1. The Season Ticket is issued subject to the conditions contained within the existing Off Street Parking Places Order a copy of which may be obtained at the Council Offices.
  1. The issue of a Season Ticket does not guarantee the availability of a car parking space.
  1. The Season Ticket is only valid if the vehicle has on display a valid road fund licence and if the registration number on the Season Ticket matches the registration plate displayed on the vehicle. Exceptions to this only by agreement with the District Council.
  1. The Season Ticket must be displayed clearly in the windscreen of the vehicle.
  1. Replacement Season Tickets, for loss or damage, will be subject to an administrative fee of £11.75 inclusive of VAT. Replacement Season Tickets for illegibility or colour fade will be replaced at no charge.
  1. Any vehicle (the owner of which is the holder or user of a Season Ticket) that is parked without its Season Ticket on display will be subject to the normal car park conditions and charges in operation, including responsibility for any penalty charges notices of £50 incurred.
  1. Season Tickets surrendered to the Council will entitle the Season Ticket holder to a refund of part of any charge paid in respect of its issue. This will be calculated as one third of the period per calendar month that remains unexpired. This service will incur an administrative fee of £11.75 inclusive of VAT.
  1. Any person found to be mis-using any Season Ticket issued to them, or breaching any of the above conditions or any other parking conditions, could have that Season Ticket withdrawn by the Council.
  1. Acceptance of the Season Ticket applied for will signify your acceptance and compliance with the conditions of use.
  1. Any Season Ticket displayed that is not supported by a payment will be deemed invalid and may result in the vehicle being issued with a Penalty Charge Notice of £50.
