Liability
Client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the use of the Candy Buffet/Candy Cart, or its attendants (if applicable). Last Minute Gifts & More, LLC will not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use or rental of the Candy Buffet/Candy Cart. Client indemnify Last Minute Gifts & More, LLC against and holds Last Minute Gifts & More, LLC harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and liability including attorney fees and court costs arising out of in connections with or resulting from the services of Last Minute Gifts & More, LLC.
Damaged or Stolen Equipment
In the event that the equipment of the Candy Buffet or Candy Cart is damaged or taken, the client agrees to pay for all repair costs up to and including full replacement including shipping and handling of the containers if applicable. This agreement has been executed and delivered by client and acknowledges that upon acceptance the valid execution hereof by Last Minute Gifts & More, LLC this agreement shall be binding whether transmitted by mail, email, or in person.
Client Responsibilities
Please allow 1-2 hours prior to your event for Candy Buffet/Candy Cart setup. Please have a clear designated area for the Candy Buffet or Candy Cart prior to our arrival to avoid a delay in setup. If any additional desserts will be added to the table, please advise at the time of booking. Cupcake stands, plates, dessert stands, etc. can be rented with advance notice (based on availability). We will provide our own table(s), and linens. For most buffets, a 6 foot rectangular table will be used. In some cases (small buffets), a 4 foot round table will be used. If you would prefer to use your own table, please indicate the table size at the time of booking so that we may ensure the proper linens are used.
Payment Terms
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all Candy Buffets. Final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event. Failure to submit payment in full can and will result in a loss of your deposit and cancellation of setup. Events can be rescheduled with 2 weeks advance notice, however candy choices/colors will remain the same. Final candy choices are due 3 weeks prior to your event for specific candies. We will choose candy types if no selections are made prior.
